早餐丰富餐厅雅致，适合家庭亲子或朋友聚会，酒店位置不错在万绿园公园旁，有专用地面地下停车场，出入交通很方便，附近的饮食餐馆不少。酒店位置很好，装修风格优雅，前台工作人员服务热情，尤其是淋浴水非常好，床品舒适。早餐如果能增加一些特色美食就理想了，推荐商务人士入住。

预定酒店是因为这个酒店承诺可以接送机，临出发到机场打电话给对方约接机，被告知司机已经下班了，建议我自己退掉。当时我已经在机场了，重新订很麻烦，后来给艺龙客服打电话，先和人工智能聊，又转接人工服务，客服替我和酒店协调了两次，很波折，最后艺龙补给我50块打车钱，总算不需要重新预订酒店。我是凌晨一点多落地新郑机场，半夜打车还是很不方便的，因为只有不到五公里，的士不去，约滴滴约了三次，加价总算来了一辆车。整个过程就是这样，挺累人的。我其实就是需要个接机，不需要50块钱，艺龙还是负责任的，酒店不靠谱。

去云南，新郑机场出发，来回都住的中州，出差3天停车免费！接送机。别家酒店是住宿停车免费，离店收费一天20元。这一点中州的情商真的很高，本来不打算住中州的，这下来回都住在了中州，这叫会做生意。早餐不错，为前台小姐姐点赞！

看网上显示有接送机服务，因为是和朋友一起出来玩，没有开车，就选择了这家酒店，司机师傅服务特别好，还给我们提行李到车上，10分钟的车程就到酒店了，前台的小姑娘服务也很热情，还帮我们拉行李送到房间，总之很满意的一次入住，下次来还选择这家酒店！
