酒店因为没网，无法确认网上订单，到店后以此为由拒绝入住，好不容易入住后，网络一整晚都没修好没得用也就算了，第二天退房时网络还没有导致大堂无法确认我网上的订单，并以此为由拒绝退押金和开票，因为没确认到订单他们不能保证网上付款，即便我给了订单号给他们看，差劲，太差劲了，自己的过错让客户承担，还理直气壮

看着很富丽堂皇，装修也不错，就是因为新开的，屋里的甲醛味道太大了，都难以入睡，得找服务员要空气清新剂。还有就是卫生间的水龙头无法关紧，滴答水滴滴答了一夜，哎

1.首先酒店甲醛绝对超标，并不单单是装修的味道。小孩子在酒店呆了一个小时就头晕发烧了。大人也有点头晕但是没发烧。最后不得不去看医生。给酒店反映这个问题酒店说酒店就这样，别人住了都没发烧。**，这话说的真**不负责任。
2，酒店卫生并不达标，晚上居然有蟑螂，我凑，这么毒的甲醛也能存活的蟑螂…好可怕
3.酒店大堂经理道貌岸然却素质极低，说话带脏字，实在不知道这经理是怎么当的。
总之，这酒店不值，带孩子的为了孩子的健康还是换一家吧，千万别住进来后悔了…后悔酒店也不给退了!
