酒店前台人员特热情，戴眼镜黑黑的大堂副理人特好，主动帮忙，对于询问的东西特别认真回答，帮忙提东西，带着老人和孩子去的，设施挺齐全的，早餐丰富。小孩很喜欢，下次来郑州还会来的，值得推荐
