9月11晚,订了两间房,其中一间原来还未退房,里面一片狼籍,惊恐中换了另一间房, 后来朋友来找,在酒店登记中找不到我的名字.今天(13号)E龙来短信,说我未入住, 后经与酒店确认,才没有被扣分.可见,该酒店的登记管理何等混乱.
其它: 其中一豪华房的洗澡水堵塞,只有一部电梯,桑拿浴缸用不了
好的方面:电吹风通知后及时送上来,大堂叫的士效率高,房间虽然旧,但空间大, 房间服务生有礼貌

整個感覺就是：大。房間廁所大堂什麼什麼的，都很大。但是設計很差...整個空出來一大片，看起來很奇怪...設施還好，廁所壞了，早上說了晚上還沒修。地理位置不錯。不得不說的是，前臺姐姐服務態度非常好！但是是不是只有2個，所以忙到都忘了幫我們修廁所了。
