态度让人汗颜.不会再住.
房间也不好.看看图片这就是花了1079元住的房间.就是普通房还收行政房的费用.！！
2.里面的套装膏也是用过的还再装盒子.
3.艺龙客服也是差！这样的服务迟早客户慢慢流失.

酒店的设施配置标准高，房间环境整洁。酒店的位置就在镇中心，买东西看灯都很方便。
但晚上睡觉的时候，深夜被人敲了大概4-6次门，不知道是什么原因。对睡眠质量有很大影响，希望酒店能对此现象进行了解调查，以确保每位住客的安全及良好睡眠

酒店的硬件设施是摆在那里的，虽然是附楼，毕竟是五星。应该说是很老的五星，各项管理真是不怎么样。商务楼的前台主要是在订票，兼了一下办理入住退房手续。可能五星这么便宜，你只能将就将就，有什么用什么吧，不过那晚上的蚊子真是一个是一个，大半夜根本睡不着，走了两趟前台，没有人，忍无可忍，自己动手翻到驱蚊液。真是不明白热水那么赞，设施那么上档次，蚊香液为什么事先不准备给客人呢？如果国贸不改善自己的软件，服务质量，老牌酒店也迟早有被淘汰的一天！
