服务差劲得很，明明我下午就订了，艺龙也确认了，晚上入住的时候偏说没有预订，还拼命跟我说和她们订价钱一样，意图也太险恶了吧。结果看没鼓动成，就给我开个满是霉味的房间，我投诉后，也半天不给处理。在我再三要求下，给换了个房间，结果不给我换房卡，非要我自己去前台换，并且说她们前台服务没问题。好在楼层服务员还不错，开了房间让我入住了，结果一晚上也还是用原来房间的房卡。总评一个差字，以后绝不住这个酒店了。
