环境不错，住过几次，离游玩的地方也近，前台工作人员大部分都很好。就是退房时前台有个女的工作人员拿张空白单让签名，说签了才能退定金，因为对纸上内容有疑问，礼貌问了下，一开始她就满脸不耐烦，口气也不好。。本来很完善的一次旅行，就这个让人郁闷。本来顾客有疑问肯定要提出，回答也是理所当然，不应该将个人不好的情绪带给顾客，因为这毕竟是本职工作。
