之前来过这个酒店入住，以前感觉不错，这次过来开会也选择这个酒店。这个酒店前身是香格里拉酒店，现在让大信集团接管了。这次让我不满意的有：1、打电话给前台两次都说晚上游泳池是11点结束，而且还说不会在11点结束前十几分钟停止进入，结果10点20左右刚进门就给告知是10点结束的，只有无奈离开。2、酒店沐浴花洒本来是可以用于淋浴或者浴缸泡浴切换流水的，结果只能在浴缸流水泡浴不能淋浴，是切换器坏了，叫他们修理。酒店人员骗我说所有房间都是这样不能淋浴，我说我之前入住两次都是可以淋浴的，而且我入住过几百家酒店都是可以切换流水的！他马上改口可以维修，找人用钳3秒时间拉出切换器就可以淋浴。他们这种不懂业务和怕麻烦的行为有辱大信集团！！
