该酒店设施比较旧,住低层客房会觉得楼下KTV较吵,此酒店最大的优点是位置好, 中山步行街,巴士站,直达各市班次的交通大厦车站都近在咫尺,且酒店楼下周边有众多的茶餐厅,中餐酒楼,另外价格比较低,有性价比.
