中山出差都是住这家酒店，但是现在感觉服务质量差了很多，设备齐全但是可能老化了，前几次空调有问题，这次是电视有问题，虽然反应后很快就解决了，还是希望可以做得更好的………

房间装修跟普通的小旅馆一样，加个电脑就叫豪华单人房了。200多性价比低。自己是做酒店管理的。前台服务态度差，感觉不到一点热情，微信支付退款说要两点，问现在不能退吗？服务员说你要现在退啊，那你就等一会儿呗。这是身为一个服务员该说的话？见到客人您好开头，告诉客人怎么做请字开头。前台服务员代表的是整个酒店的门面。一言一行都影响整个酒店，并不是吐槽前台的工作能力不行，工作态度有待改善。服务管理没有一点儿标准化。差评！！！
