这个前台一点都不专业，退房的时候来问我房费多少钱，我说一块钱你信吗？因为是在网上订的房间，所以是没有窗户的暗房，味道又重，还不给换房间，说就剩这一间了，我下午3:00开的房，你觉得我会信吗，以后不会再来你们家了
