我们住的豪华大床房间，一进房间发现房卡取不了电，工程师上来检查，最后是房卡的问题。后面发现电视机有重影，又得找工程师上来搞。最后我们下楼了发现房卡刷不了电梯，又得去前台换卡，最后为了弥补我们受伤的心灵，给我升级了行政大床房，可是发现行政大床房的车只有1.8米宽，比原来的豪华大床还窄些。。。。总之，我对希尔顿很失望

酒店整体配置比较老旧了，尤其是洗浴用品很普通，吹风机也不是很好用，一次性拖鞋也不好穿，很多小细节都显得希尔顿品牌不够高档。酒店的自助餐更是一言难尽，配套不上五星级酒店的标准。
