非常不满意！首先得知是艺龙违规操作用的别人的积分换的房不满意！打电话到艺龙，艺龙对此违规操作认为是正常的。很久没用艺龙了，现在终于明白是艺龙自己把自己做垮的！以后忘掉这个平台！二是前台的不熟练不满意。不经培训就上岗是服务业的大忌！三是看到酒店接待旅行社不满意！乱糟糟的！本来希尔顿是一个不错的品牌，近来开的花园，欢朋太多，服务跟不上，影响品牌质量！二十年来住希尔顿品牌最差的一次体验！

第二次入住，由于上次订的高级大床房太小，这次选定了豪华大床房，房间面积大很多，装修相同但多了浴缸。酒店位置不错傍边就是利和广场比较方便，服务也很好。

大堂小，房间更小，设施一般，床品一般，停车方便，早餐普通但价格便宜，入住时购买早餐有优惠，58元/位，名为花园酒店全是塑料花很无语😓
