去中山旅游，一如既往选择了假日酒店，到酒店前台服务员接待很热情，到了房间冲凉，发现下水道塞死的，水倒流进来，一股恶臭，到前台给我换了房间，另一个房间被子一股臭味，打电话给前台说再换，已经凌晨一点多，实在无力折腾。第二天退房反馈这个问题，前台服务员一脸冷漠，完全当我没说过，这投诉处理方式也真是。。。
