房间除了没有窗户其他都不错，问题是半夜能听到ktv唱歌的声音，好像旁边也没有发现ktv，真郁闷，到后半夜才睡着

预定了两个晚上，入住时前台服务员告诉我刷了我的卡若干金额，但第二天仍然开不了门，只得走约100米到前台交涉，获悉担保金额不足。我很气愤说我入住时没有限制刷卡金额，也没有被告知第二天要增加担保....要客人来回走200米冤枉路，不专业，达不到五星级酒店的要求。服务員小妹虽然不吭声但显然不高兴，下次不会再住
