大廳到處是霉味，雖然是下雨天，但可見該酒店不重視，連隔壁金福餐廳也有霉味，這樣衛生環境。。。。。。
另外退房結帳跟前台人員說直接結人民幣說知道，結果還是直接變成外幣，後來請其刷退用現金結帳，居然說還要主管在，才有授權碼可以退刷，明明刷卡單就有授權碼可退，請問這麼不熟悉怎麼在前台。。。
