复式套房，楼上两间房，两张床，一张1.5米，一张单人，非常适合小朋友比较大的一家三口住。酒店楼下就是商场，旁边就是利和广场，人多热闹，吃饭逛街非常方便。

晚上自组餐食品8、9点就不添加食物，服务员很少，食品口感一般般。三文鱼不新鲜，酒店赠送的威化饼干不是品牌的产品，我去过好多5星级酒店大多数都是通用数一数二的品牌。小动作为了节省开支成本其实这些都是细节决定成败。房间霉味大。门口连个行李生都没有，何来5星级标准服务？住店客人在本酒店消费也没有优惠，如何刺激消费？刚入住不久就听到房门外有有敲门声，听见男士问话就说是服务员，女士再问有什么事时，马上说敲错门了，大家认为呢？
