酒店前台弄錯了我的訂單，登記了明明已經取消的單，還多收費了$50！早餐只帶一份，態度惡劣，而且還把責任怪到客人身上。設施比較殘舊，性價比不高，不會再入住！

第一次住五星酒店住的这么烦躁，就像前面有几位评友写的 服务一般 （估计是客气的说法）简直无语。 先谈谈： 地点还不错 市中心 旺地
隔壁就是利和广场 停车场是跟商场混用 有点乱 但也还好 上到酒店才觉得有点蒙 原来酒店大堂和酒店前台不是一个地方
大堂在一楼 纯粹就是个大堂 什么功能也没有 前台在六楼 才是办理入住的地方 六楼以下是餐厅 商场 KTV等
出入人群很有点杂乱 然而更雷的还在后面 停车卡每次出去必须先从客房下到六楼前台刷卡免费
然后再从六楼做到负二楼停车场拿车……够折腾 然后前台服务小姐 办理入住问了句：您的房卡需要几位使用？心中还在暗叹 挺贴心啊
，然而我想多了——等我答完 ：一位 之后 服务生小姐点头 ：好的。然后 签字 预授权 等等之后递给了两张房卡 我一楞
问：为什麽是两张？ 她一愣 答到：没关系 两张也可以用 ！无语 那你刚刚问我干嘛 走过场而已吗？房间都几大
可是设计不合理 床头插座居然跟床头灯共开关。外卖不让送上来也不帮拿上来

来中山这里是首选。位置好，吃逛方便。卫生不错。利和、益华逛商场，周围餐饮选择丰富，喜欢京华饼屋味道正。交通便利。
