提前预定的酒店，到了酒店后，居然说没看到订单，找同程协调好，拿了一间全封闭的房间，还说不能更换，是协商好了的，338元的酒店床单居然打了两个补丁！

服务周到，积极为客人解决问题，我在网上预订房间时未注明要不临街的房间。到店后前台积极想办法解决了问题。晚上由于机顶盒的缘故，电视上没有东方卫视的频道，而我太太很想看东方卫视播放的”芈月传”，向他们反映后，他们第二天就解决了机顶盒的问题，同时还下载了漏播的2集，并提供IPAD来播放。使我们感动。
房间设施完善，很舒服。早餐质量不错。👍👍👍
