首天check in 職员房間也弄錯，给了两间房(本身是一间房住两天)，住進后下午三点有清洁亞姨按门钟說要弄衛生，晚上下去更改后住了一晚，床有東西咬，早上七点多有異声(像维修)，中午經投訴换了另一楼层(16楼)房间，較静及大些，但床一样有東西咬。
员工經驗不足，因6楼有 KTV 酒店煙味很臭，性價比可以，改進也很多。

早餐还不错，水果有3-4种，主食有面，粉，粥和面包等，性价比超高的酒店，周边环境也不错，就在小榄新都汇旁边，购物吃东西都很方便
