之前一直在美团订的，这次在这上面订，同等价位房间不同，这个房间又小又吵桌子也没有。之前的在4楼，这次在3楼，隔音非常差，外面服务员推车声音特别大声，外面有人说话也听的很清楚，基本没有睡好觉。我订了房间就出去办事，回来后发现房间问题，想换房间还要加钱，被子床单有油有污点脏东西。买了吃的想吃东西没有桌子，只能拿毛巾铺地上坐着，然后发现毛巾也是脏的我怀疑根本没有换，只是折好而已。以前住了3次还是2次比较满意，以后应该也不会住了，太失望

晚上值班的前台接待服务态度很一般，跟前台说房间里有宠物粑粑还一直否定说不可能，清洁阿姨过来看到后一直道歉连忙打扫干净。酒店服务态度跟房间卫生仍需改善啊！反正以后不会再选这家酒店入住了……

总体还是可以的，但是在那住了几晚期间叫过打扫房间都只是收拾床和换了毛巾，地毯上的垃圾一直都有直到提出后才被清理干净
