前台的工作人员对客人不够上心，订单出了问题让客人自己解决，当时要前台帮我查询，其中一个工作人员竟然说不好意思我已经下班了。还有另外一个要开房的客人起码在那站了五分钟才有人来接待。在网上下了两天的订单，和前台说了后也没说直接开两天，第二天又重新去前台办手续，工作效率差
