订了三间，中央空调没有暖风，今年的广东冷死了，真是冻死人！住了两天全都冻病了，宾馆没有多余的被子，也没有临时取暖设备。车不能直接开到大堂门口，必须爬一大段台阶，提着行李非常不方便，没有服务人员帮忙，前台的服务小姐态度冷冰冰，自己来着电暖气，对我们中央空调没有暖风的问询横眉冷对，噎死人…总之再也不会住了！
