我订的是标明1米8床的大床房，但是进房间一看，床还没我宽，顶多就1米5，而且房间有一股奇怪的味道，下去前台确认，顺便请换房，结果说换房可以，但是床还是1米5的，其他满房了。既然已经预订了大床房，酒店就应该预留，结果还是给别人了，我觉得这样很不好，极其影响客户对酒店的印象，我花什么价钱就应该享受怎样的服务，酒店为了多挣点钱这样做得不偿失。

总体来说还不错，我睡的那间房有一个枕头上不知道有些什么迹在上面，其他三个枕头是好的。还有就是少了一双可以出门的拖鞋，每次出门都还要穿上自己的鞋子，我之前住的那间一百五的公寓式酒店也有四双拖鞋。
