  酒店房间很乾净，有健身房和洗衣房很方便，大堂有水果，咖啡很好喝，前台办理人员小杨热情周到。莫愁村去了，也很不错

  住了很多次该酒店，周边环境很好，大堂设计很气派，是钟祥市高档型酒店，但这次要吐槽一下：住了一晚后，我又在网上下了一单原房继住的单，早上出门酒店时，特意跟前台説了继住，让她在系统中操作一下，她説已经在系统中记录了，我问还需要其他手续吗？她説没有了。下午接到酒店打来电话，问我还续住吗？説要不要给我留房（我行李都放在房间里），我説：早上已经跟前台登记了，我会续住的。电话里説：好的。我晚上拎着大包小包的东西回到房间，门卡就是刷不开门，我只好又下到一楼去续卡。感觉早上跟前台的沟通完全没有起任何作用。希望酒店在内部管理环节上加强沟通，不要给客人增加不必要的麻烦。 衞生方面：早上在酒店餐厅吃的粉里有长头发丝，当晚在封好的、外包装上写有已消毒的浴巾上，又发现了一根长长的头发丝，希望在衞生方面加强管理。
