用了这么多年艺龙，史上最差订单！提前一天预定，付了全款，到酒店12点半，前台说没查到我们订单，让我们自己解决，我把手机订单给前台看了，前台三个女服务员，理都不理，说他们没查到！让我们自己想办法联系艺龙解决，给艺龙打电话，等了又快半小时，发给我们一个电话，让我们联系酒店销售部，说销售部可以看见我们订单，我们给销售部电话打了七八个，给前台接电话联系他们的销售部某叶姓负责人，前台又是不理睬，就说他们前台看不见订单，最后当着面打了12315投诉电话，前台才稍微上心了一点，随后又说房间都是脏的，要等！继续投诉，直到两点才给我们办入住。从始至终，前台态度差到极点，我们从外地过来旅游，入住办了一个半小时，直到两点，带了两个两三岁的孩子，饿到不行。12315的投诉我们会继续追责！艺龙问题追艺龙，酒店问题追酒店！

新开的酒店，一切高大上，很好，早上10時30分到達，前台查有空房，給予提早取房，還升級了房間，服務不錯。房間內尚算清潔，熱水不間斷，整體非常滿意。
