房间够大，前台看挂五星。服务太差，我一起定的四间房，都带小孩，非给不同楼层，请她们换一下就说没有，最后我们坚持找大堂经理解决，来了领班就给换了，原来不是没有，电脑做了房号他们不想麻烦自己改，愣是折腾半小时多。房间垃圾桶垃圾都忘了清走。健身房外包的，住客不能用，罔顾了五星的名头。下次不会去住了。

硬件设施一般般，服务态度明显需要提高，从入住办理手续开始，前台至始至终都是一张扑克脸，感觉像是谁欠他钱一样，入住时咨询过退房时间为第二天下午两点，到了第二天十二点多前台就打电话催促退房，前台表示一点前未办理退房手续就要扣除半天房费，明明入住时说明了是两点，因为今天满房，所以催促头天的客人赶紧走，提出质疑时前台居然还振振有词的说人多就是一点退房，人少就是两点退房，要是不服他们随意定制的退房时间，就可以坐等扣除押金了。这么大的酒店就这种服务态度。

中午快两点到的酒店 前台人员告知房间没收出来 让等 问大约需要多久 没有明确回答 只说让我们先去逛 房间出来给我们打电话 结果等了一下午到晩上九点回酒店都没人打电话来 哎 这小地方不能要求太高 服务真是有待提高加强

环境真心不错，位置很好找，酒店楼层很高，就是进房间有一股子甲醛的味道
