酒店硬件设施达到四星+
的水平，感觉非常高大上，是钟祥市最好的酒店，门口就是莫愁湖，到明显陵等景点很近。停车方便，房间比较大，就是卫生间搞成感应式的非常不方便。服务还要向知名品牌酒店学习，前台接待缺乏训练，不积极不主动。早餐品种多，但是菜的品种有点少。
