之前住过几次都还觉得不错，但是这次春节提前订了房，提示订房成功，到了入住当天上午收到短信让点评，也没在意，一个多小时后到了去开房间却说没房了，没房预订什么成功！！走了之后才想起来上午收到的短信，才想明白是把我订的房开给了别人！然后把我的订单点了入住！！真差劲！没信誉！艺龙也差劲，连个投诉都没有！只顾赚钱别的懂不管！订好房间都住不了我还用你有个毛用？
