前台服务态度特别恶劣！！！
在携程APP上预定是158，酒店服务人员打电话讲到店要付188！！多次协调后(包含携程协调)到店才支付每天158！！！到店后，发现两间房根本不一样，一间和网上预定一样，一间是亲子房(房间狭小，床一大一小)你让我们两个成年人怎么睡？？？与宾馆前台沟通，态度蛮横，居然说:你要不然去订188的啊，我们宾馆就是这样的啊！我定的两间一样的，结果你就这样回答我？房间、走廊脏乱不堪！！！环境差极了，出差这么多年就没住过这么差劲的宾馆！要不是才下火车，累的要死，真心不会住这种水平的宾馆！第一次来周口，就遇见这样的宾馆与工作人员，真给这么一个古老的历史文化名城丢脸！
