优点：精致、空调给力，洗澡水很热。缺点；早餐供应严重不足，8:30去都不加菜了，至少10多位客人围着空盘子，后来后厨拿出来几个馒头、稀饭，感觉很不好！这种情况不是一次、二次，去年春节入住就有这个情况发生。还是酒店管理不到位，太过于小气！

希望能对大人、孩子一视同仁，孩子也跟大人一样付了含早餐的房费，不要以孩子没有身份证为借口不配发餐券，还说另付费才能用餐。按规定该配发的东西不要等要了才配发或是找借口不配发，这样不是节省而是在损害酒店的声誉！宣传和收取的是含双早的费用，就不要设卡克扣客人的权益！

房费是按含双早的价格收取，但却不像其他酒店一样按床位配发两张餐券，而是按身份证个数发。其中一个床位是未该办身份证的孩子，前台竟然说孩子没身份证需要另付费才能用早餐，这样规定非常不合理！希望能尽快改进！要想做大做长，就要注意细节，不能克扣客人权益！
另外，餐厅早餐品种不多，也没有补齐取用完的品种，导致后来用餐客人没什么可选择。

酒店刚开一年，卫生看着还行，附边是磁砖和建材市场，不是特别方便，早餐不错，但是稍晚一点主食就没了，综合评价不错。来周口是办事情的，在别的地方顺理成章的事在这里不行，花800块办，费钱费时费力，不建议来这里投资。
