酒店是公寓式的，在一个小区里，房间都是新的，还有洗衣机，卫生状况不错，周围也很安静，不远的一条街全是海鲜街，很不错，设施有厨房，阳台，茶几，沙发什么的，床也比较大，很舒适，关键价格真的公道！
