房间乾净衞生，对面就是马嶴博物馆，很方便，旁边很多餐馆，吃的也很多，门口就是公交站，可以去定海古城，很方便

The hotel is clean and new and not very expensive, but unfortunately the staff that are managing the hotel are worst. I have travelled a lot and never found such non serious front desk staff, who have no concern about the rating of hotel. They didn’t respond to your call, i have call several times and they turned off my call, main amenities are also not provided, so we need to ask them again and again, there are two buildings and you need to go to another building where there is a front desk. location is also 45 km away from many tourist attractions,

衞生差先不説，屋内好多虫子。半夜虫子爬身上了。给前台打电话想调个房。前台説，就剩套房了。説要么补差价，要么退房。大半夜让我退房，就这服务态度，我还是头一次见到。一会又説保洁阿姨住的那个屋给我腾出来，我都没好意思説她，保洁阿姨她不是人吗，你大半夜给她赶出去，她去哪住。回覆我説，保洁阿姨电话没打通可能睡了，房间打点药吧，我説打药你进来住吧。后上来个大叔看看房间得确好多虫子。最终调房。还有个情况，心悦雷迪森怿曼酒店与雷迪森颐颂酒店紧挨着属于同一家，我定的是23年装修的房间，她上来给我安排的是21年装修辅楼的地方。我经常出差，这个前台，是我住酒店以来最差劲的。
