酒店位于较中心位置，吃饭什么的比较方便，离港口很近。但酒店设施显得不是那么好（设施坏了也没有提前修好），而且旧，卫生打扫得不太干净，地毯上很多污渍，看上去脏兮兮的感觉。浴室放洗漱用品的盒子里是湿的，拿梳子牙刷沾一手水。
另外，没有任何的提前告知，却在退房的时间因为床单打湿收取了50元的费用，说是席梦思要拿去晒，损失了。但我亲眼看到保洁直接在席梦思上铺上床单被子就算是整理好了，并没有更换。

酒店很不错，早餐也可以，卫生也很到位，周边环境也好，也有不少好玩的地方，旁边有美丽的海滩，也有衢山第一高峰观音山，

265的性价比还是不错的，就是靠大马路，隔音不好，早上5点多拖拉机和各种车的声音好吵！
