原来要给差评的，因为丢了东西说没有；
都是新员工，非常不熟练不专业，态度还流露出不耐烦；
但要表扬一个人：赵磊，找到失物，表现还较专业。

酒店就在商圈里面，吃饭逛街巨方便，房间很大，还有阳台，阳台上可以看湖景。房间设施全新，就是新装修味道太大。

早餐品种，口味都一般，能管饱；亮点是环境很不错，又在同层方便，特别是现磨咖啡味道赞！酒店布置格局明亮，安静，舒适；公务，家庭，朋友小聚都不错，就在普陀天地，吃喝玩乐都方便，距海边500米，跑步散步或长椅上休息发呆感觉超爽！

崭新的酒店，漂亮的硬件设施。不过服务经验尚待提高，服务意识急待提高。例如，现在巳是冬天了，酒店客房走廊里的安全门都敞开着，又没有热空调，真心冷。我有意关了，可为了图方便，又敞开着。早餐厅也冷，除了现做的面是热的，现磨咖啡是热的，其它都是冷的，冬天真不适合。要有意识。
