房间床还算干净，但是床品很旧，不过也就仅此而已！大堂旧，没开空调，楼道昏暗，房间一股味，空调器粘糊糊的，两星最多！没网络，要了路由器也没用。早餐不是普通的差！因为是临时决定跟随朋友去的，要不是朋友之前托朋友订好非让我们一起，否则我宁愿多花一百多住隔壁的梵客，反正提醒要去的朋友，如果你对卫生对网络不那么在意你可以选择，不然你会后悔的！

酒店较老，设施陈旧，说是大床套间，实际就是比标间稍长，一间里多隔了小半间出来，放了一个三人沙发和电视，没比标间大多少，不是像其他酒店的夽房，有两个标间大小，房间因订的晚，选择余地不大，只能用688元订了这么一个性价比奇差的房间，毛巾都很旧了，有个都有破损，地毯和沙发看上去脏和旧，有脏的印迹了，688元住这么差的套间非常不值。酒店的门前的大排档较贵，就点了4个较普通的小海鲜和2个蔬菜花了520元。在朱家尖宰客现象严重，对这个城市印象差，沙滩的景色和管理没有日照和青岛的好，以后看海玩沙不会再来这个城市，花同样的费用，去日照等地比它的服务和环境好太多了，曰照和青岛住的和吃的也比朱家尖舒服和实惠。
