房间设施还可以，临海而居，可以在房间里看到大海，旁边有几个商场，还有个奥莱，可以方便购物，离得不远有个欧尚，距离朱家尖码头和沈家门都不远，开车十分钟可到。十一期间一千左右一晚，早餐无功无过，对于周边的房价已经属于性价比之优了。
