定艺龙这么多年，今天算是第一次对艺龙失望，我定了2号入住，3号离店. 实际是1号入住，2号离店，酒店前台跟预订部同意我修改时间，但是艺龙不同意. 我说你想办法沟通一下，不是一定要你替我办到. 不然我700元打水飘了. 毕竟酒店是同意修改的，但毕竟这是我自己定错时间. 艺龙客服说，对！这是你自己定错时间，跟我们艺龙没有任何关系，是应该你自己承担的. （从携程到艺龙，大概8-9年了. 有点感慨，算是最后一次留言然后卸载了吧. ） 艺龙客服说的话一点也没有错，却寒了作为消费者的心.

极其差的体验，说下车有人举牌接没见到人自己问着去了停车场，傻站半小时来车。到了餐厅说没有四人位哪怕八人桌是空着也不能给客人歇腿就站着等，走时说只要提前十五分钟就会送行李去，结果又说要按班车来，又一次在停车场傻等五十分钟，特别没劲。哪里来的五星

今年再次入住～入住体验还是不错的，有班车还是很方便，这次和爸妈出游，住的家庭套房，房间挺大，设施也不错，就是早饭和晚饭味道一般般，下次还会选择祥生啦
