这家酒店办入住竟然还要看短信！！！！一上来就问多少钱订的，他们意思就是低于358预定的还不一定能住，那你们干嘛让我可以在网上付款，直接关掉么好来，一开始定的大床房，后来第二天打电话说没有，后来安排的棋牌房，床那么小，房间里连电话机都没有，电视机开不出还要我自己用手机打到公司前台才行，麻烦的要命

说实话，有太多想吐槽，前台服务员态度很差，就是白班的那个，我去的时候，没热水！没热水！没热水！竟然都不提醒？难道因为我抢到一个便宜的房间就摆臭脸吗，还有吹风机坏的，电话也是坏的。半夜去前台问为什么没热水，说储水器坏了，行，大半夜的我可以谅解，但是第二天一早我再去碰到白班那个前台，说不关她的事？EXM？别给我们舟山人丢脸行吗？有这么踢皮球？你有错，认错就好了，道个歉也没什么事，我也不是不讲理，但是现在是什么事？说不关她事，说原先水是三点钟坏的，可是2点入住，我开了三分钟的水都不热，只能说这是**前台，我会继续投诉、刚回来舟山就遇到这破事，好像我能拿到最低价的房间已经给我最大的优惠了？连个道歉都没有，差评！差评！个人不建议入住还不如周围两家的酒店！
