闹中取静，类似于经济型酒店。从高亭码头出来到蓝天宾馆只需要5分钟左右，挺方便，饭店去景区摩星山、日达广场吃饭路也不算远，饭店自带停车场，住宿有送早餐，早餐蔬菜有四、五个品种，五一节住了二天，其中一天有排骨面、蛏子面，洗澡水很大，挺不错。美中不足的是没有免费瓶装水。
