房间旧，连一些基础配备都没有也就罢了，热水小得可怜基本不能用，重点是因为要考试地理位置近只好续订的时候前台的一位女士硬说订的没用愣是不给房，叫我自己打电话询问和订房网站……因为急于考试没时间，只好自掏腰包多拿钱另外又订了一间…在网上订房这么久以来第一次遇到如此落后和不讲理的事，不会上网或者使用网络进行营销的话麻烦就不要把房源挂在网上误导客人！为一己私利不顾甚至损害客人利益当是服务行业的大忌才是，这种风气真不可取
