优点：1、酒店外部环境优美，安静。2、客房服务不错，有求必应。
缺点：1、房间打扫不干净，地上留有前面客人留下的垃圾，床单上有污渍。2、卫生间设计不合理：卷纸的位置太低，直接与垃圾桶无缝衔接；洗脸池太靠里，洗手还行，但刷牙洗脸有困难。3、餐厅服务差，没有笑脸。晚饭送的素斋是自助餐，服务员事先没说只能拿一个餐盘，孩子多拿了一个餐盘就被服务员训斥，然后就想看贼一样紧盯着，生怕多拿盘子与饭菜，这顿饭让我们无法下咽，没吃饱就出来了。住过无数多家酒店，这样的服务态度是从没碰到过的 ，算是拓宽视野了！
