位置很难找，在小区里，就是小区房子改的，很荒凉，靠近朱家尖的原因所以房价不低，卫生还凑合，主要不值这个价，没有早餐，如果只是为了离朱家尖码头近是可以考虑的

性价比很高的酒店式公寓，房间很新，比较适合自驾游。离各景点十分钟内都能到，吃饭倒也方便，朱家尖不大，自己开车转。

刚开的一个酒店式公寓，还算好找，服务人员很热情，房间更是让人惊喜，有免费矿泉水、咖啡，还有水果...早上去了公寓老板娘推荐的大青山，沙滩，花海，盘山公路，真是美得不像话。接下来乌石塘，白山景区，佛学院，走走停停，感觉很不错。晚歺在公寓附近的阿勇排档，价格没想象中的贵。第二天的行程是普陀山......
