就是几幢私家别墅，每幢别墅隔成几十间的客房，隔音差。整个度假村就2-3个工作人员，大概是一家子吧；洗澡器也是需要间隔实用的。反正不推荐入住，周边貌似除了海天台就没什么设施新的酒店了。
朱家尖海滩很一般，去过下次不会去了。

就在沙雕广场门口，人挺少的，房间设施一般般，勉强OK。
房间隔音差；工作人员少；安全差；周围设施不方便，我们都是去沈家门吃饭买东西的。

非专业酒店管理；服务人员态度很差；
早餐很差，居然要另外收费15元/人， 听说这个早餐的价格也是根据房间的预定情况上下浮动的！
酒店硬件不错，位置也不错，就是从酒店对应的沙雕公园正门入内要走约500米才能到海滩，天热的时候很是煎熬；
酒店周末价格较高，性价比不高。旅游旺季400元内还算可以。

宾馆一般性.因为去舟山的时候没有预订房间,找了一圈那里所有的好的宾馆都客满,好不容易找到这家还有空房间,所以就住进去了.
如果不是双休日,而是平日的话,价格还是蛮便宜的.双休日价格上涨多啊,所以性价比不高.
