酒店在定海区，地理位置偏僻，周边不发达，只有一家工厂，连饭店商店都没有。而且距离沈家门，朱家尖景区都超级远！要四十公里左右！
前台只有一个人，入住查房都超级慢。前台推荐去定海美食城，相对近一些，不过美食城价格不便宜的。唯一满意是早餐不错，比较丰富。
房间内沙发很脏，有很多印记，墙纸渗水的印记也在，大大拉低了酒店的标准。
