缺點:房間地毯過舊，衛生間打掃不確實,人員服務尚可，整體不值四百五十八這個價，下次想住別家看看。
優點:位置優越，附近有商業街方便,走路去夜排檔約十五到二十分鐘
建議:怕吵的人不要住面馬路側，面山側較安靜但一早樓下公園有早起鍛鍊音樂聲
