这个酒店我也不知道该说什么，448的房价，除了无语还是无语。这个酒店的老板知道现在酒店的状况吗？7点到酒店。三间房开房间开了1个小时。上去后卡还开不了房间。来回的换卡，15楼，上下了三次门才打开。服务一塌糊涂。标着4星级没有小旅馆的服务。早餐一般，38一位，碰见旅行团像抢一样。退房也得退个二十分钟以上。服务不能用有待提升。简直用烂烂烂来形容。

环境：旅游城市，周边比较嘈杂，吃饭不是很方便。
硬件：入住五天宽带没一天连得上的，前台电话打了N次也解决不了问题，早饭几乎没东西可吃。
服务：入住五天，服务员自说自话开门两次，熨斗烫板没有，衣架不够也没有补充。
整体一般，商务出差凑合了。
