酒店环境很好，服质量很好，住的很舒适，我们是一家五口人开了两个房间有老人孩子。他们都很满意！餐厅吃的也很顺口！总之很满意！

地理位置很好，离普济寺确实非常近，往返码头都有商务车接送，入住期间前台的服务也不错。装修基本能达到3星级水准，下次去普陀会考虑再次入住。
缺点是：
1.马桶看上去还是挺白净的，但是有些臭
2.床上没有拍得很干净，有黑色的尘粒，被套封口处有些破烂
3.整体环境很安静，可惜隔音不太好，隔壁开电视会觉得有点吵
4.吃饭的地方价格还可以，味道一般，就是点的花蛤泥沙真是多啊，没有处理干净

环境还不错，被子不怎么舒服。距离普济禅寺很近，住他家就是为了方便上早课。

酒店真的不错，不仅干净而且又很安静，到普济寺很近，走路不过10分钟就到，有码头接送服务。推荐！！！！！！

第二次入住这酒店了,离普济寺很近,环境不错!码头还有专车接送,车子也很好,出门后就可有商店,晚上可以逛!

普陀山连去了三年，前两次都是住的家庭旅馆，这次儿子坚持住宾馆。选了离中心点普济寺比较近的洪筏山庄。感觉很好，很方便，房间也很干净。看住客点评反映床硬，我家三个人都觉得挺舒服的，不过可能各人喜好不同吧。房间价格虽然小贵但是宾馆比较规范一点。房间隔音确实不咋的。还有房间吹风机，没坏，可是风力太小，不能吹干头发。餐厅海鲜有点贵，两晚消费了1240元（住客消费已打过折了）三个人用的。跟前两年家庭旅馆的消费翻了几番。我们一般选择住房哪儿就吃哪儿。建议宾馆提供实惠一点的海鲜给客人。梭子蟹138一斤（折后），我们回程时去菜场带了点回家，只有20元/斤。

房间还干净，离普济寺挺近的。不能接受的是房间窗户向着走廊，既不能开窗透气也不能打开窗帘，晚上还特别吵。
