外观看蛮气派，自助早餐不敢恭维，9:30结束，9:00去已基本没什么东东了！牛奶也没了，咖啡冷的-----，而且奇怪的是，电梯声音奇响，不知如何保养的？前台接待人员的脸一直紧绷着，结账时POS机坏了，由于刷卡付押金，无法结账了，前台人员告知押金余额会打入账户的，如若不行，自行找银行！不晓得这4星标准如何评上的！br

据说是岱山县最好的酒店，硬件设施还凑活。最令人头疼就是半夜12点还能听见狂吼的歌声。问了下总台才知道，原来四层是KTV，总台大言不惭的说酒店隔音效果不好，可是我明明住在十层呀！难道酒店是纸糊的不成？一看KTV营业时间得到凌晨2点呢！弄得我一整晚没睡好！气愤之极！！！！！！！！！！！

这个酒店住了好多次了，这次有点不愉快。我们需要两个手提袋，房务既然要收费，在全国住了这么多酒店，这还是第一次碰到的。还有结账离开后，艺龙说酒店反馈我们没有入住。这个酒店管理上是不是出了什么问题？希望引起重视。
