在以下几个方面还是令人不满意的：
1）无法用信用卡支付；
2）进入酒店时，有一股比较大的霉味；
3）被子比较潮，要求更换干爽一点的被子，电话给总台无果（竟然说，所有房间都是这样的）；
4）办理入住和离店手续需耗时较长时间。

刚过去要的第一个房间是漏水的，工作人员帮忙换了个房间，可地板很脏，地毯上不知道都是什么污渍，看了挺不舒服的~
定的是海景房，但他们家刚好是面对着海中的一个小岛的，没有别家的视野开阔~
唯一可赞的是地理位置挺好~去码头坐船去普陀山 坐车去朱家尖 晚上吃海鲜都挺方便的~

房间隔间效果很差，楼层中有其它娱乐单位存在，晚上很吵。

酒店位置不错，进酒店碰到了些麻烦事情，艺龙很好的帮助解决了，虽然有点小郁闷，但艺龙的服务是很到位的。酒店嘛，给人的感觉很不错的了。

豪华套房卫生环境不错，布局整体看起来也挺好，但是入住时有些小不快，实套房现实就只有一张床，而360度房景图上显示的是四张床的大房，所以大家订房时要注意哦，总体来说还不错。

酒店地理位置不错 很好找
又靠近海渡
海景房很好 房间的床一大一小 适合一家三口
窗户就可以看到海
底下就是小吃一条街
